Dr. Heather Loffredo is a warm and collaborative clinician with over 20 years of experience in working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She holds a Doctorate of Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology (Argosy, DC) and has received therapeutic and assessment training through her doctoral work at Children’s National Medical Center and out-patient mental health practices. She holds a clinical license in Maryland and is also a member of PsyPact, allowing her to provide telehealth services across many US states.
Heather specializes in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders, learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, mood disorders, behavioral challenges, grief and loss, issues related to self-esteem, stress-management, chronic pain, and co-morbid medical diagnoses. She also enjoys running groups for teens and young adults on the autism spectrum, which she has done for many years.
Heather combines evidence-based practices and an enthusiastic energy while partnering with clients to build skills and reach their personal goals. She is passionate about sharing her experience with professionals in the field through training and supervision.
Outside of the office, Heather loves spending time with family, playing tennis, and exploring National Parks.
