Seeking an Experienced Clinician for Afternoon/Evening/Weekend Hours to Join Our Team!
Locations: Rockville/Potomac, Chevy Chase
Alvord, Baker & Associates is a fee-for-service, group private practice dedicated to evidence-based therapy, neuropsychological testing, cutting-edge research, and comprehensive training seeking a licensed psychologist or experienced clinical social worker to join our team. Due to high client demand and lengthy waitlists in both of our locations (Rockville and Chevy Chase), we're excited to announce an immediate clinical opening for afternoon/evening and/or weekend hours. This position is available as either a full- or part-time position.
Position Requirements:
- Maryland licensure required prior to start (internship and accredited program completion mandatory).
- Strong CBT skills and other evidence-based modalities.
- Experience working with children and adolescents across a diverse range of clinical presentations preferred.
- Responsibilities include individual therapy; may include group therapy services if interested.
- Minimum of 10 afternoon (3pm+)/evening/weekend clients per week. Additional daytime clients available once this threshold is met.
